Somali people do not have any identification card or national ID issuing by the Somali Government, some people who are capable have access to take national passport but most of IDPs and ow income families are lack identity and financial access which leads these people to hire by the terror group to violate the peace and state building process in the country. If we register these people and able to fulfill the KYC requirement of the financial access are eligible to get start ups business and microfinance to earn living and prosper and they will also be part to restore peace, security and state building process of the country.
