Nutritious agricultural products waste away day after day while some 795 million people in the world do not have enough food to lead a healthy active life. That's about one in nine people on earth. Vast majority the world's hungry people live in developing countries, where 12.9 percent of the population is undernourished. Meanwhile these perishing nutritious agricultural produce could be processed to solve the said problem.

Ghana alone suffers not less than $700,000.00 post harvest loss annually and this discourages farmers. This loss when value added could yield millions of dollars to help achieve a sustainable agriculture as more youth would be encouraged into agriculture because of its lucrative nature.

Most agricultural produce such as fruits are very perishable and could lead to food insecurity, malnutrition and poverty if not properly managed. We seek to process the fruits into marketable products at various stages of its shelf life, hence;

We use orange in producing orange cake bread.We use the ripe banana to produce banana bread, banana cake bread, banana pizza and banana baked chips.The unripe banana is also used in the production of banana flour and banana chips.We use coconut for coconut flour and coconut bread. We also produce smoothie from coconut milk and banana.Our banana flour can be used in producing porridge, fufu, and bakery products.

In our way forward, we aim to be the world's largest banana and coconut flour production company.
