Poverty is a state of the mind and the inability to express ones given potential. The high rate of poverty is situated in the rural areas especially in the African countries.
To address the high level of poverty, they should be determination from the promoter to address it.
Farming is one of the major source of income in most rural areas. The farmers should be equipped to improve their production through the uses of fertilizers and improved seedlings. They should be a link between the farmers and the final consumers so that farmers can be encouraged to produces. Most of this farmers in the rural areas are not able to train their children in formal education ether as a result of lack of funds or as a result of inherited cultural believes. Most people in the rural areas do not believe in education, this have gone a long way in causing poverty. Such people should be sensitized and discouraged against such believes and while poor farmers should be sponsored to assist their children to school.
Youth who are ideal without skills or educational qualification can result to crime in the society. The youth under the age of 17 years and 35 years will be trained to acquire skills and afterwards be equipped with the raw materials necessary to start up.
Unwanted pregnancy most times comes as a result of poverty. most young girls are lured to have sex because of money and at such, they get pregnant without been able to take care of their children. In order to take care of the baby she will engage in other act which may be detrimental to her and the baby.
Sexually transmitted diseases can be contracted as a result of poverty. I can be able to solve this inherent problem by occupying the mind of the young girls to keep them busy to discourage them from such illicit act
Refuges crisis and migration act come as a result of poverty and not been mentally and physically self employed. we need as much as we can to be able to reduce this act by discouraging the youth through the media and also by promoting and supporting the youth through entrepreneurship skills.
