- I can address the challenge by explaining about the use of low carbon energy in rural areeas to achieve a transition of low carbon economy we have to drive energy system together towards the sustainable production and it also prior concerned with climate change

- Increasing in the share of renewable energy of sources ,energy savings
- Appropriate policy and legislative work
- Investment and access to capital ,for example to replace old equipments
- Structure changed in power generation and distribution system in terms of interconnected network
