First, we focus on waste produced at the farm and post-harvest level, working with farmers to aggregate their supply of second category produce that we distribute across our network of buyers
hotels and restaurants -.
Secondly, we offer our platform to produce suppliers faced with losing ripe produce they do not manage to sell in time. On our platform they can sell category I & II produce on the spot by accessing our network of curated buyers with a common interest in reducing food waste.
By combining these two lines of business, we are capable of offering a wide range of produce to our customers and optimizing our last mile distribution network, adding value across the food chain in the form of new revenue streams for suppliers and 20%-40% cost savings for buyers.
