The idea is to start an educational fm radio station that will inspire and educate the unfortunate slum kids ,not only kids but also the elders ,cheap transmitters can be given cheap and classes of history politics and general science can be given with educated and skilled radio jockeys,if night time is used for this it will be better and also stories of inspiration like for example in mumbai one can tell the slum kids how one of the current billionares once lived in the slums of the city and then worked hard his way up and now gives job to thousand of people and stories about how people of a slum or village in a country came together to change their lives themselves. so on,and also loving guidance can be given to keep the unemployed people from turning to crime and drugs(one of the big problems european cities face).And as citizens of the country they can be taught of their rights to protect themselves against exploiters,in short this will change the way the slums are.
