countries like india and china are home to very economically inequal population in this countries they have well off people in the cities and poor hungry people in the rural areas and these countries are well connected throughout through rail.so why not add an additional compartment with freezers,where all the leftover but not spoilt foods can be put by any one ,let it be charity organisations ,residential organisations,restaurants ,or individuals themselves.then when this train stops at a station in a locality with very poor people ,they can come over and take the food they want.(this is completly practical in india)and all the features and technologies the railway is having now can be utilised for this purpose.As this method is introduced to a well established rail network.its just a matter of connecting an extra compartment,and railway protection force can be used for safety and monitoring so no heavy extra costs
