We intend to transform the waste found in landfils or storage deports to different types of products with added values and utility for our cities, whereby the waste that would have been taken to this landfils, will now be seen as useful products of high quality at a low cost that is aligned with the concept of sustainability. The solution will improve public health, create employment through the creation of jobs, and improve the environment through our hyper segregation system of industrial solid waste for the production of thermo plastic composite products (TPC) aimed at changing the usual recycling process, incorporating innovative techniques enabling significant improvement in recycling, treatment of solid waste and final disposal of waste, adapting to the environmental, social and economic needs of our cities by the TPC process, which is an inverse process to conventional waste segregation, because we will use recycled polymers such as Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Polyvinyl Chloridethe (PVC) 'adding them' to other types of waste such as cardboards, sawdust in general, MDF Powder, Tire Powder, Styrofoam, Foam, PU and EVA, and thus by mixing them, generate a compound which in a hydraulic press or extruder can transform waste into different types of products according to the molds which vary from Bricks (Logo), small sheds, gates, fences, walls and others.
Our Solution will be deployed in 2 stages.
Households will be issued instruction booklets on the collection process, explaining the advantages and benefits of the system.
Stage of Change:
All the household will receive a kit with colored and bar-coded bags identifying households or establishments;
Adapted trucks (with musk system) collect the material in the adapted bins that were distributed previously according to the generated zoning study. The garbage arrives clean and well segregated for the final classification.
Allocation of materials for the plant according to the potential (Dry Waste: Plastic, paper, glass, and Metal);
Shipment of the classified materials in bales to stock warehouse, for final commercialization to previous registered beneficiaries;
Organic waste goes to a special container for composting.
Compost Organic Manure is traded for organic food with previously registered producers in the region. Organic foods are donated to households in the form of awards for the quality of the Seperation (According to the survey made with the Bar codes).

We'll be working along side; Technological partners, research on recyclable plastic materials and various types of reinforcing fibers, promote the inclusion of millions of people in the process of eliminating the generation of waste, reduce the inexhaustible landfils thereby creating arable land, reuse all types of waste, treat solid waste and educate the our communities on the correct disposal of waste in our environment.
