VIM is a project whose mission guaranteeing stable work for farmers who have know-how but who are not in a good position to use it or can’t farm their lands. Our main activity is the production and marketing of fresh and edible mushrooms grown in a recycled coffee-based substrate. VIM’s target people who are on a gluten-free diet, and especially celiac people. This is how these mushrooms that are organic and with an important and high nutritional value will finally be able to diversify our target dishes and compensate their lack of vitamins.
