Fuel oil combustible gas and solid fuel are obtained after normal pressure and low temperature pyrolysis reaction. In condensable combustible gas generated from pyrolysis is scrubbed and used as fuel to heat the pyrolysis system. The fuel gas after combustion is cooled and purified through comprehensive treatments, and emitted in compliance with EU and US standards.The high temperature flue gas generated from heat supply unit is mixed with recycled hot flue gas to supply heat for the production line, in order to reduce fuel consumption and exhaust gas emission. The scrubbing in condensable combustible gas is sufficient to supply heat for pyrolysis production and no additional fuel is relied on, truly achieving energy conservation and emission reduction.
